How the Global Peak Index works

GPI is a structured, repeatable scoring framework for the GigCX category. Each provider is rated across five dimensions on a 0–10 scale, aggregated via an explicit weighted formula, and validated against independent sources before publication.

Weighted Composite FormulaΣ weight = 100%
GPI = Σ ( dimension_score × weight )

     + 0.20 × AI
     + 0.20 × Talent
     + 0.20 × Scale
     + 0.20 × Pricing

Sources · Verification · Independence
Data Sources
  • Public filings, investor disclosures, and press releases
  • Enterprise buyer interviews under non-attribution
  • Reference programs disclosed by the provider
  • Third-party CSAT, NPS, and analyst datasets
Provider Verification
  • Provider receives a structured intake and right of reply
  • Material claims (AI deployments, logos, scale) require evidence
  • Score deltas are reviewed with the provider before publication
  • Final scoring decisions remain with the GigCXTalent research desk
Independent Positioning
  • No pay-to-play. Inclusion is not contingent on a commercial relationship
  • No advisory revenue from ranked providers in the scoring period
  • Analysts disclose conflicts; conflicted analysts are recused
  • Methodology, dataset, and model version are published with each release
